Gearbox assembly and refurbishment

Designers today often face the problem that an "off-the-shelf" gearbox does not fulfill their exacting requirements. We work closely with our customer to ensure that their gear box requirements are met.

Working together we often provide crucial technical information on gear ratios, micro geometry and tooling. This enables us to meet tight time schedules and reduce costs by using standard tooling.

Once an overall design specification has been developed, we will then take care of the patterns and casting process and manufacture prototypes and then production batches.
