We use Tricorn Systems software for our job scheduling, job processing and our quality control. This provides real time line data from the shop floor using a bar coding system to help us maintain our exceptionally high on-time delivery record. It also means we can keep you informed about the status of your orders.

The Tricorn Job Processing Software gives the flexibility needed to manage operations from quotations through to invoicing, enabling us to meet quality, cost, efficiency and delivery targets. Integrated modules provide both management and operational tools and are especially suited to subcontract, KOP, Kan Ban, stock, products and "make to order" manufacture, including assemblies. The comprehensive report generation and search capabilities enable us to continually evaluate performance and improve the efficiency of the total manufacturing process through variance analysis and improved control of lead times, inventory and work in progress. The system provides a vehicle for quickly responding to customers’ changing demands and for testing "what if" scenarios.

The Tricorn RTS (Real Time Scheduler) Software is a workshop planning tool designed to help engineering and manufacturing companies optimise their resources and plan production to achieve delivery efficiencies and cost targets. Seamlessly integrated into Tricorn’s Job Processing Software, Tricorn RTS updates the plan instantly as production requirements change, and as manufacturing events are recorded in the factory and offices. Having accurate, detailed, and live data ensures that the schedule reflects the true situation on the shop floor, allowing managers to take appropriate action based on factual information. A drag and drop interface with one screen technology makes manipulation of the resources and jobs both fast and efficient, while a choice of data entry methods simplifies data collection, minimising disruption and maximising productivity at each workstation. Additionally, clear reporting highlights the delivery status of each job, enabling users to meet the requirements of our most demanding customers while controlling costs and optimising profitability.

Tricorn's Quality Module deals with all aspects of running a total quality management system to ISO9001/AS9100 and other equivalent quality standards. The ISO Quality Software system has been built upon many years of experience and takes account of the requirements of manufacturing companies running various quality standards on a daily basis. The system has an instant diary to notify users of pending activities relating to ISO, such as calibrations due, machine maintenance, and audits. Combining this unique feature with the powerful search tool available throughout provides companies with the answer to all their quality requirements in just one package. Tricorn's ISO Quality Software system can stand alone or be integrated to share data with the Tricorn Job Processing Software.
